Privacy Notice — Batsi Virtual Assistant

Batsi is operated by TN CyberTech Bank, which is the data controller for any personal information processed during your conversations with the assistant.

• Voice audio during your session, so Batsi can hear and respond to you.
• Transcripts of your conversation with the assistant.
• Your phone number or username, if you choose to share them during the session.
• Optional face data — only if you give your explicit consent to face recognition for a personalised experience. Batsi never collects face data without asking you first.

• Answering your questions about the bank's products and services.
• Improving the quality and accuracy of the service.
• Greeting enrolled customers by name when they return, if they have consented to face recognition.

Your conversations are handled by an artificial-intelligence assistant, not a human agent. Voice audio is processed by Google's Gemini service to understand and respond to what you say. You can always ask to be directed to a human member of staff.

• Conversation records are retained for a limited period for audit and service-improvement purposes, then deleted.
• If you enrol in face recognition, your face data is stored as mathematical templates together with one reference photo. Both are deleted on request.

Under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07], you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Object to processing of your information.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Withdraw your face-recognition consent at any time — simply tell Batsi “forget me” and your face data will be deleted.
